You may request a return or exchange within 100 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in like-new condition, without damage or alterations.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Products that have been intentionally damaged, misused, or altered are not eligible.
- Personalized items and final-sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
For a return and refund, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original delivery charges and any currency-conversion fees are non-refundable.
Contact us before sending your item. Products should be securely packaged and sent using a tracked shipping service. Emery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the item, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive the refund within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item and approve the refund.
Exchanges
For an approved exchange, Emery will cover the return shipping cost and provide return instructions or a shipping label.

Packaging and personal items
We recommend keeping the original packaging during the 100-day period. Before returning an item, remove all personal belongings and package it securely to prevent damage in transit.
