Emery products are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
Products must have been purchased directly from Emery or an authorized reseller. Proof of purchase is required.
What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the product’s materials, construction, or normal intended use.
If you believe your product has a defect, contact us with your proof of purchase and clear photographs or a video showing the issue. If the product requires inspection, Emery will provide return instructions and a shipping label.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and gradual deterioration from regular use.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, spills, drops, or impacts.
- Improper handling, storage, cleaning, or maintenance.
- Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture, heat, sunlight, chemicals, or other extreme conditions.
- Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s intended use.

Eligibility
The warranty is available only to the original purchaser. A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation showing the date and place of purchase is required.
Making a warranty claim
Contact Emery and provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or a video showing the defect.
- Your current contact information.

Do not send the product before receiving return instructions. If an inspection is required, package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Warranty remedies
After inspecting and confirming the defect, Emery may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product.
- Replace the product.
- Provide a full or partial refund based on the defect and the product’s condition.
Legal rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under UAE consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If any part of this warranty conflicts with applicable law, the law will prevail.
